History - Who am I?

My name is Pauline Parkman and I have been a teacher for the past 32 years, firstly in Home Economics and more recently 'Food Technology' I retired from full time teaching in 2003, but still retain links with my old school where I carry out some supply work in the Food Technology department.

More recently, I have helped to produce some online resources to accompany the AQA textbook published this year by Nelson Thornes.  

I live in the South West of England quite close to the Devon border, although originally I am from Morecambe on the Lancashire coast.
