Movie Clips

I have included some short movie clips for some of the techniques which are better demonstrated in this way, for example with a whisked cake mixture, the movie clip shows how to judge the consistency of the egg and sugar mixture. There are clips on fruit and vegetable preparation, piping cream and meringue, making breadcrumbs in a blender and many others. These clips start up automatically when the slide moves on.
